The Illumina Ritual is designed to release built-up load and restore radiance to both body and face. It’s made for those who feel tired, mentally overloaded, or low on energy, and want to look better as well as feel lighter.
- 30 minutes of back massage, focused on releasing tension, easing the muscles and preparing the body for the treatment that follows. This massage helps you let go without overwhelming the body, creating a feeling of lightness and clarity.
- 1 hour of personalised Head Spa focused on scalp health, including deep cleansing, exfoliation and cranial massage.
- Instead of steam, the ritual includes an illuminating facial massage with Age Element by Mesoestetic, designed to activate circulation, improve skin tone, and bring freshness and radiance to the face.
The treatment ends with a complimentary blow-dry and styling, leaving you with a feeling of a lighter body, a clearer mind, and visibly more radiant skin.
Balance Ritual (90 min) €170
The Balance Ritual is an all-round wellness experience created to balance body and mind, release deep tension, and help reduce the feeling of bloating and physical and emotional overload. It’s designed for people with stress, anxiety or built-up tension who need to pause, let go and feel good again.
- 20 minutes of pressotherapy
- 40 minutes of full-body massage, slow and deep, tailored to each person’s needs, with special attention to the back, shoulders and neck—areas where tension tends to build up the most. This massage helps relax the muscles, release the body, and prepare the nervous system for a deeper state of calm.
- 30 minutes of relaxation-focused Head Spa, mainly centred on cranial massage and releasing tension in the neck and cervical area. During this phase, pressotherapy is applied simultaneously, helping to drain and detox the body and relieve the feeling of heaviness, while the mind remains in a state of deep relaxation. The Head Spa is performed without steam, to support the release process without overstimulating the body.
The ritual ends with a complimentary blow-dry and styling. It’s not just a relaxing treatment, but an experience designed to regulate and nurture, allowing you to let go of physical and mental load and restore balance mindfully.

The Deep Calm Ritual is a holistic treatment designed to release stress, emotional overwhelm and energetic fatigue, helping you regain calm, balance and a feeling
of deep wellbeing. It’s a very personal experience, carried out by our holistic therapist, working not only on the physical body but also on the energetic level.
This ritual is especially recommended for people who feel exhausted, overwhelmed,
anxious or disconnected, and need to pause, let go and reconnect with themselves.
- The experience begins with guided breathing, helping to slow the mind and prepare the body for the treatment.
- 30 minutes of relaxing back massage using essential oils and aromatherapy. During this massage, our holistic therapist consciously supports the person’s energetic balance, helping to harmonise the energy centres (chakras) and release blockages linked to stress, accumulated emotions and mental fatigue, adapting the work to each person’s emotional and energetic needs.
- 1 hour of full Head Spa, including scalp cleansing, exfoliation, steam and a fully personalised treatment based on the needs identified. During the Head Spa, a deep cranial massage is performed, again combined with guided breathing, encouraging relaxation, mental release and energetic balance.
